Lowgill Village Green improvement

In response to residents’ reports that vehicles had been encroaching on the unkerbed edge of the green – which is owned by the parish council – the council decided to commission the installation of kerbstones along the unprotected edge. This was carried out on 9th April by Taylor Environmental Services, who did an excellent job in poor weather, and hopefully the work will discourage drivers from driving on the grassed area round the war memorial.
